That’s 3,000 hoteliers, hospitality pros, and curious minds who’ve come together to collaborate, innovate and inspire. And we’d like to say a gigantic thank you for helping make Ƶ a better platform for everyone that uses it.  

If you’re wondering what all the fuss is about, let us enlighten you with a quick story. 

What is Ƶ Community?

Ƶ Community is a dedicated space where users can ask questions, find answers, share advice and swap ideas. It’s where hospitality professionals share their expertise and experience with peers, where users learn about updates and feature previews. And ’s one of the best places to connect directly with the Ƶ team. 

Think of it as a backstage pass to the Ƶ universe – and a front-row seat to the future of hospitality. 

Ƶ Community in numbers

Since going live in 2023, the Community has been buzzing with energy, curiosity and passion for hospitality. So far, the platform has:

That’s a whole lot of conversations, connections and creativity from innovative, forward-thinking hoteliers all around the world. 

A look inside the Community

So, what exactly goes on inside Ƶ Community? Why are existing members so engaged and why do new customers get involved? There are lots of reasons, but here are three of the best: 

1. Try new features first

One of the best parts of being in the Community? You get early access to new features. 

Before we started rolling out Multicurrency, for example, we launched a beta program exclusively in the Community. Members gave feedback, asked questions and helped shape the final product so it worked better for them.

2. Access exclusive online events

Earlier this year, Ƶ Community members were treated to a sneak peek of our 2025 product roadmap in an exclusive webinar. And we know hoteliers are busy people (Ƶ Founder Richard and CEO Matt have been there, done that), so sessions are always recorded. . 

3. Meet up in person

Ƶ Community isn’t just digital – we love nothing more than meeting Ƶers in real life. That’s why we started Ƶ Unwind, an in-person event where customers are invited to connect in a relaxed environment (no sales talk). Drinks and snacks always add to the fun vibe.

Our next Ƶ Unwind event is happening on April 29 in Amsterdam (the night before Unfold, our annual tech forum) and ’s set to be an unforgettable evening of laid-back conversation, drinks and meaningful connection.
